A uniquely colored Siberian iris, Shaker's Prayer's 4" flowers have blue-purple and white petals that perfectly match the blue-purple arms set off by the yellow-red throat. Its foliage remains attractive all season. This unusually colored Siberian iris has won both the Morgan-Wood Medal and the President's Cup awards. Like other Siberian iris, Shaker's Prayer is easy to grow, naturalizes, and has a tall, graceful appearance with slim, grassy foliage. Deer resistant, it grows well in borders, wild gardens and along the edges of ponds, streams and boggy areas. It likes wet feet and tolerates acidic, heavy, clay soils. No. 1 roots.
